Sooooo Hummus Factory, LLC

My passion for hummus started many years ago while employed with a Mediterranean restaurant.  I learned how to make hummus from my boss who was from Israel, then it just grew from there.  I have been making hummus for my friends and family for years and they had always urged me to start my own business.  That is exactly what I did November 2016.  Sooooo Hummus Factory’s mission statement is: “To establish a delicious, healthy and authentic product that embodies the genuine taste of fresh ingredients.  A company which conducts its business with integrity and community responsibility.  MAKE IT OR TAKE IT!”

It has been exciting for me to develop my own recipes and flavor profiles.  My hummus is an all-natural, gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian product that is low in fat and healthy.  I follow the traditional methods of hummus as mine includes raw tahini and old-world methods.  All our products use fresh ingredients and contain no artificial flavors or preservatives; most of our hummus contains no oil and the ones that have oil have pure olive oil.  Sooooo Hummus is great with chips or veggies, and can even be used as a spread for wraps or sandwiches.  Try all our flavors and then pick your favorite.
